The Reward

Heaven, oh the great reward

Imagined in our mind

There is no more wondrous place

No, none compares in kind

Could it be this wondrous gift

Has just been juxtaposed

For the true gift that I see

This gift that I suppose

Is standing right here with me

Beside me in this place

It is He, Emmanuel

The One Who shed His grace

Jesus is the great reward

For seekers who have found

Truth, real love, humility

His Kingdom will resound.
