Three Crosses
Three crosses stand upon a hill
And call to all mankind
For each of us is one of them
Not one is left behind
On one side is a sinner man
Who mocks the One True God
The other side a sinner, too
But, this one gives Him laud
The middle holds the One True God
But doesn't hold Him long
His love surpassing death's dark grasp
Sin's grip is not that strong
One sinner went to hell that day
The other, paradise
Oh, which one will you be, my friend
Sweet Jesus paid your price
Three crosses stand upon a hill
They beg you for your voice
Which sinner will you be, dear friend
Lest silence be your choice.
And call to all mankind
For each of us is one of them
Not one is left behind
On one side is a sinner man
Who mocks the One True God
The other side a sinner, too
But, this one gives Him laud
The middle holds the One True God
But doesn't hold Him long
His love surpassing death's dark grasp
Sin's grip is not that strong
One sinner went to hell that day
The other, paradise
Oh, which one will you be, my friend
Sweet Jesus paid your price
Three crosses stand upon a hill
They beg you for your voice
Which sinner will you be, dear friend
Lest silence be your choice.
