Day 1
"Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us." Hebrews 12:1
With this verse in mind, Day 1 of running the race began.
The day started with Bible reading and a morning breakfast of a large chocolate chip cookie and milk. I know what you're thinking. Okay, well maybe I don't, but don't judge.
Did 60 crunches, 60 leg lifts, and 40 side leg lifts for each leg.
A couple of hours after lunch (pizza rolls), a few stretches and I ran/walked/ran/walked about half a mile. I was hoping for more, but Rome wasn't built in a day.
After dinner (no chocolate--I know you're shocked), repeated the crunches and leg lifts.
