He Will Make a Way
“Then the Lord became angry with Moses. ‘All right,’ he said. ‘What about your brother, Aaron the Levite? I know he speaks well. And look! He is on his way to meet you now. He will be delighted to see you. Talk to him, and put the words in his mouth. I will be with both of you as you speak, and I will instruct you both in what to do.’” Exodus 4:14-15
Have you ever been concerned about the details when it comes to God’s call upon your life?
When I was growing up, I remember my father expressing that God had called him to be a minister in Canada. There were so many details to be worked out in this call that my minutious little mind couldn’t possibly see God working out. But, Daddy never doubted.
He reminded me of all that God has promised us. He reminded me of Isaiah 43:19, which says, “For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.”
He reminded me of the story of Eliakim in Isaiah 22:22, that, “When he opens doors, no one will be able to close them; when he closes doors, no one will be able to open them.”
And, he reminded me of Philippians 2:13, which says, “For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him.”
Watching the events unfold, the move to Canada worked out in record time for the good of all involved, with too many miracles to count—miracles that only the hand of God could have done.
Has God called you to do something that seems impossible?
He will make a way.
