Angels Watching Over You
“For he will order his angels to protect you wherever you go.” Psalm 91:11
In the book entitled, The Boy Who Came Back From Heaven, Alex Malarky describes seeing angels catch his father as he is thrown from their automobile after a near-fatal car accident. Throughout Alex’s battle to survive in the hospital after the accident, he describes numerous accounts of angels ministering to him and comforting him in his hospital room, and protecting him from evil.
Billy Graham’s book, Angels, describes his own personal encounters with God’s messengers, as well as the encounters of many other individuals Mr. Graham met throughout his ministry.
The Bible tells us that angels are God’s servants, and messengers. They are spirits sent to care for people who will inherit salvation (Hebrews 1:14).
Matthew 13:41-42 says, “The Son of Man will send his angels, and they will remove from his Kingdom everything that causes sin and all who do evil. And the angels will throw them into the fiery furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”
If our Savior has entrusted his angels with such a task, how much more will he charge them in caring for and ministering to us as His children each and every day.
